Criminal offences defined under the Criminal Code cover a wide range of conduct. Our Criminal Law department advises and assists clients in relation to any type of offence, whether they are alleged to have committed it or are victims and/or injured parties.

In judicial proceedings, we represent and defend our clients—either as defence counsel or private prosecution—throughout all stages of the process: from the initial investigation phase through to trial and any subsequent appeals.
