Gonzalo is a practicing lawyer specializing in business law and commercial matters, with extensive experience in dispute resolution both in corporate matters and between private individuals.

From the beginning of his professional career, he has participated in numerous insolvency proceedings, advising insolvent companies, representing creditors, and also acting as an insolvency practitioner, supported by his training and expertise in insolvency law.

He has over 25 years of professional experience, which also includes acting as legal counsel in numerous court proceedings across civil, commercial, and criminal jurisdictions.

He holds a Law Degree from Universidad San Pablo CEU and has been a practicing member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1994. He previously worked at DASTAE Abogados and is the CEO and founding partner of SOLIUM LEGAL SLP since 2016.

He also works as a Civil, Commercial, and Insolvency Mediator, having completed his training and qualification at the University of Alcalá.
