Gonzalo practises law, specialising in the field of corporate and commercial law, and has extensive experience in negotiation and conflict resolution, both in the corporate sphere and between private individuals.

His professional career, spanning more than 30 years, has included acting as a solicitor in numerous proceedings in the civil, commercial and criminal courts. Since the start of his career, he has been involved in numerous insolvency proceedings, advising insolvent companies, representing creditors and also acting as an insolvency administrator, thanks to his training and experience in insolvency law.

He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad San Pablo CEU. He has been a practising lawyer with the Madrid Bar Association since 1994. He has been the firm’s Chief Executive Officer since 2022 and a founding partner of SOLIUM LEGAL SLP since 2016.

He also practises as a civil, commercial and insolvency mediator, having obtained his training and qualification at the University of Alcalá de Henares.
