Carmen stands out for her expertise in Commercial and Civil Law. Her experience before civil courts spans all levels and types of proceedings, including construction disputes, corporate conflicts, family law, succession matters, and advisory services in the tourism sector, among others.

She is also a specialist in insolvency law, having been involved from the start of her professional career in creditor proceedings, both representing the insolvent party and defending creditor claims. Additionally, she has participated in reimbursement proceedings before the Court of Auditors.

Carmen holds a Law Degree from the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and a Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession from Universidad Camilo José Cela, Madrid. She is currently a member of the Balearic Islands Bar Association.
