Rafael is a specialist in Civil and Commercial Law, with a focus on real estate. He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions and also possesses significant expertise in Corporate Law, including mergers and acquisitions.

He holds a Law Degree from the University of Valencia, is a member of the Valencia Bar Association, and has a Master’s in Construction Law and Real Estate Management.

Rafael is a founding partner of LEXCORPORATE ABOGADOS and has been a practicing lawyer since 1999.

As an academic, Rafael teaches Procedural Law at the European University of Valencia.
