Carmen stands out for her activity and knowledge in commercial and civil law. Her experience acting before the courts of civil jurisdiction covers all instances and all types of proceedings, including construction litigation, corporate disputes, family, inheritance matters and advice in the tourism sector, among others.

She is a specialist in the insolvency area, having been involved since the beginning of her professional practice in insolvency proceedings, both as counsel for the insolvent party and in defense of the creditor's claim. It should also be noted that she has intervened in proceedings for reimbursement by scope before the Court of Auditors.

She has a degree in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the Camilo José Cela University in Madrid. She is currently a member of the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands.
