The Litigation and Arbitration Department is in charge of the knowledge and study of all those matters that have as their object the resolution of conflicts of our clients, valuing at all times the possibility of an amicable solution that satisfies the interests that we represent.

When an amicable settlement is not possible, we advise the client on the best legal strategy for the defense of his interests, analyzing at all times the chances of success of a possible legal claim, as well as the possible costs of the procedure.

In this sense, we take care of the defense before the Courts and Arbitration Courts, of all types of procedures in the civil, commercial, criminal, labor and contentious-administrative fields, including procedures for the enforcement of the different judicial resolutions.
