We have an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) area with a team of qualified professionals with the necessary competence to help the parties (organizations, institutions, individuals, etc.) to reach agreements with full legal validity, outside of traditional judicial processes.

We have Mediators, Arbitrators and Conciliators duly qualified for the exercise of their duties, rigorously preserving the principles of impartiality, neutrality and confidentiality of our mediators, arbitrators and conciliators.

In addition, we provide continuous quality advice, assistance and legal support in the ADR processes in which our clients are involved, including the drafting of the agreements that may be reached.
