Lourdes del Amo de la Fuente is a specialist in Urban Planning, Public and Contractual Law. She is also an expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and specializes in Compliance.

Law Degree from the University of Alcalá de Henares (1997), Master's Degree in Comparative European Law from Carlos III University (1998) and Master's Degree in Urban Planning from Rey Juan Carlos University (2003). She holds the COMPLIANCE EXPERT DEGREE from ICAM (2018), the COMPLIANCE CESCOM® & INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED COMPLIANCE PROFESSIONAL (ICCP) CERTIFICATION (2020) and is an Expert Expert Expert in Compliance of the Courts of Justice with presence throughout the national territory (2020).

Mediator by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, practicing in the civil/commercial/bankruptcy and contentious-administrative areas, registered with the Ministry of Justice; Arbitrator, member of the Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Bar Association, and specialist in Collaborative Law and Private Conciliation.

Lourdes began her professional career at the international law firm OSBORNE CLARKE (1998-2005), after which she founded her firm URBABUILDING ASESORAMIENTO JÚRICO (2005), working as a technical urban lawyer in several municipalities, and later founded TRUST BUILDING EMPRESAS (2013), a legal consultancy in Compliance and ADR methods. She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) and has been a practicing lawyer since 1998.

As a teacher, she has taught at the ICAM Study Center in the Master's Degree in Compliance, at the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid, CEOE-CEPYME. In addition, she is a trainer in Mediation with Public Administrations at the School of Mediation, Madrid City Council, speaker in webinars at MediaIcam, GEMME Spain, Club Derecho Construcción (CDCI).
