Gonzalo is a specialist in Public Law. He currently combines the position of Secretary-Intervenor of Local Administration with the development of his professional activity in the private sector. He is also a specialist in matters of "Compliance Officer", in procedures of the Second Chance Law for Individuals, advisor to Sports Federations of the Valencian Community, as well as in all matters related to Public Administration.
He holds a law degree from Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU-Valencia.
