Lawyer & Tax Consultant

Marta is a lawyer with extensive experience in tax advice. She specializes in income, estate and inheritance planning. Expert in tax litigation, she directs and represents clients in all administrative and judicial instances.

Law Degree from Centro Universitario Luis Vives-CEU and member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2009. She holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa (2001) IE Business School.

From 2004 to 2020 she has developed her professional career at the Spanish Association of Property, Mercantile and Movable Property Registrars as Deputy Director of the Tax Department.
