Yolanda stands out for her activity and knowledge in commercial and civil law. Her procedural experience covers all instances and all types of procedures, including litigation in unfair competition, tort liability, debt claims, exchange procedures, among others.

She is a specialist in the commercial area, acting since the beginning of her professional practice in matters of administrators' liability, both as counsel for the corporate administration and in defense of the creditor's credit.

She has a Law Degree and a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). She is currently a member of the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands.
