Gonzalo specializes in corporate and business law, and has extensive experience in the resolution of conflicts both in the corporate field and between individuals.

Since his professional beginnings, he has participated in numerous insolvency proceedings advising insolvent companies, defending creditors and also as insolvency administrator, thanks to his training and experience in insolvency law.

He completes his professional career of more than 25 years with his participation as lawyer in numerous judicial proceedings in the civil, commercial and criminal jurisdictions.

He holds a law degree from Universidad San Pablo CEU. Practicing lawyer of the Madrid Bar Association since 1994. He comes from the firm DASTAE abogados, he is CEO and founding partner of the mercantile SOLIUM LEGAL SLP since 2016.

He also practices as a Civil, Commercial and Bankruptcy Mediator, training and qualification obtained at the University of Alcalá de Henares.
