Gemma practices law in both Civil and Criminal jurisdictions, actively participating in judicial proceedings. She is also a member of the arbitration panel, serving as an arbitrator representing consumer interests in the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Valencian Community.

She holds a Law Degree from Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU, Valencia, and spent two years preparing for judicial service exams.

Gemma has completed various specialized courses in civil and criminal law.
