Marino is specialized in Economic Criminal Law and tax litigation, having intervened in some of the most important criminal proceedings that have been handled in Spain since 1992, providing legal defense of company executives, professionals and public officials (mayors of various municipalities and members of boards of directors of companies owned by the local administration), as well as the defense of injured parties in proceedings processed by multiple frauds. Its advisory work is projected, both in the field of strict defense in the process, as well as in the avoidance of these, developing corporate defense programs for legal entities with analysis of their risk factors, depending on their specific activity and market sector in which they operate.

He holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. His long professional career of more than 30 years has allowed him to forge a great experience in advising companies on regulatory compliance and economic criminal law.
